Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will walk you through all of the steps for a successful onboarding and set a target date for when Ūlaunch.
2. Data Migration
Well organized data is key to ensuring a successful Ūlaunch.
You will receive an import spreadsheet with instructions on how to input your data.
If spreadsheets aren’t your thing, or you have no time, no problem. Ask us about our additional data migration services.
3. Test Site
See your data in action before moving into your live Ūsked website.
Create test assignments, check captioner and customer profiles, and pull bill/pay reports.
When the data is right, we move forward.
4. Pre-launch
Your brand new Ūsked website is live and populated with your data.
The Ūlaunch date is confirmed. Internal staff are trained on the new system.
Your captioners are invited to login and get acquainted with the new website.
5. ūlaunch
All requests for this date and beyond are input into your Ūsked website.
CART assignments and confirmations are now sent using Ūsked.
Continued support in preparation for the first bill/pay cycle.
6. Complete the Loop
Successfully process your first payroll and invoicing cycle!
